It's really showing its effects. I have been consuming it for 3 -4 months now. My skin has certain glow. It gives a more youthful skin. Must try along with the capsules. Only thing is it's not a sugar-free product. Other than that...it awesome product. Hairfall has reduced to a great extent too.

The product is not suitable for vegetarian, if is not mentioned in description. Unless you check FAQ. I want to return this product, it is unused and seal is also not broken. Life Aveda's non reutn policy is pathetic.
